Q. Is there a deadline for construction/site work commencement in Parkview Courts?
A. Yes, all clients are expected to commence construction on site maximally 3 months after physical allocation.
Q. Would there be any charges applicable to defaulters of the above 3 months duration?
A. Yes, a monthly fee/fine would be paid to MKH INVESTMENT LIMITED to maintain the allocated plot(s). (This would be determined in the future)
Q. Is the road to the Estate Motorable?
A. Yes, the road to the Estate would be through the smart Estate currently undergoing construction by MKH INVESTMENT.
Q. Can I resell my Plot?
A. A subscriber can resell his/her allocated plot. However, a letter of Notice for the transfer of ownership should be written to MKH INVESTMENT LTD and there would be a 10% charge for the transfer of ownership.
Q. What is the size of the plot?
A. 500 sqms
Q. In case I am no longer interested in the property after making payment, can I get a refund of the payment made?
A. Yes, you can get a refund. However, there would be a non-negotiable 40% deductible Administrative and Agency fee from the payment made.
Q. Can I do a Third-Party Payment?
A. Yes, but an official mail must be sent to MKH INVESTMENT LIMITED, notifying us of the transaction.
Q. Can I pay your Agent/Consultants?
A. NO, ALL PAYMENT SHOULD BE MADE INT MKH INVESTMENT LTD ACCOUNT OR A CHEQUE ISSUED IN FAVOR OF MKH INVESTMENT LTD. MKH LTD WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO ANYONE WHO GOES AGAINST THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONs.
