Q. Where is the PRIMEHOOD ESTATE located?
A. Located at Otunla community, off Akanran road, Ona Ara local government area, Ibadan, Oyo State.

Q. Who is the developer of PRIMEHOOD ESTATE?
A. MKH INVESTMENT LTD.

Q. What type of infrastructure will the developer provide?
A. Perimeter fencing, Earth Road, Electricity, Standard Security, Gate House and Drainage.

Q. Would there be any Development Levy?
A. Yes, but this will be determined in future.

Q. Would there be any Survey/Allocation fee?
A. Yes, there would be Survey/Allocation fee of #100,000 (one hundred thousand
naira only) per plot.

Q. Would there be an Agreement Fee?
A. Yes, there would be an Agreement/Legal fee of # 50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Naira Only) per plot.

Q. When will my plot(s) be allocated to me?
A. Immediately after 100% payment for the Documentation of Land Agreement and Survey/Allocation fees are made.

Q. What do I get after the Payment for the Land?
A. Receipt and Contract of Sales.

Q. What do I get after the completion of all the payment for the Land and Documentation?
A. Deed of Assignment, Survey and Allocation Letter.

Q. What TITLE does the Land possess?
A. Registered Survey and C of O.

Q. Is there any extra cost required to have a Corner Piece Plot?
A. Yes, Corner piece attracts 25% Surcharge.

Q. When can I start Construction or Building on the Land?
A. You can start building on the Land when Physical Allocation and Payment of stipulated Survey Fee and Development levy.

Q. Is the Road to the Estate motorable?
A. Yes, the Road is Motorable.

Q. Can I re-sell my plot(s)?
A. A subscriber can resell his/her allocated plot. However, a letter of notice for the transfer of ownership should be written to MKH INVESTMENT LTD.

Q. What is the size of the plot?
A. (50×100) Sqms

Q. In case I am not interested in the property after making payment, can I get a refund of the payment made?
A. Yes, you can get a refund. However, there is a strict 40% Administrative and Agency fee to be deducted from the payment made.

Q. Can I pay Cash to your Agent/ Consultant?
A. No, all payment should be made into MKH INVESTMENT LTD. Account, or a Cheque issued in favor of MKH INVESTMENT LTD. MKH INVESTMENT LTD. Will not be responsible to anyone who goes against above instruction.
