A. IF THERE IS DEFAULT IN THE PAYMENT OF INSTALLMENTS, AFTER CAREFUL AND CONTINUOUS ATTEMPTS FOR PAYMENTS PROVED ABORTIVE, THE CLIENT’S MONEY WOULD BE REFUNDED AFTER DEDUCTION OF ADMINISTRATION CHARGES OF 40%. ALL OF THIS IS SUBJECT TO THE MANAGEMENT’S DECISION.
Q. Can I resell my building unit after allocation?
A. EVERY TRANSACTION THAT CONCERNS ANY STRUCTURE IN PARKVIEW ESTATE MUST BE DONE WITH ADEQUATE KNOWLEDGE AND PARTICIPATION OF MKH INVESTMENT LIMITED. THE PROCESS OF RESELLING WOULD BE CARRIED OUT ONLY BY MKH INVESTMENT LIMITED, WITH THE COMPANY BEING IN CHARGE OF THE SURVEY AND DEED FOR THE CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP AND THIS WOULD ATTRACT A 10% SURCHARGE FOR SUCH TRANSACTION.
