Q. In case I am not interested in the property after making payment; can I get a refund of the payment made?
A. Yes, you can get a refund. However, there is a strict 40% Administrative and Agency Fee to be deducted from the payment made.

A. No, all payment should be made into MKH INVESTMENT LTD account or a Cheque issued in favour of MKH INVESTMENT LTD. MKH LTD will not be responsible to anyone who goes against the above instruction.
